lyrics
Waste You
Copyright Mik Davis 2016
You take me back to where I’m from,
Back to the life, that is gone,
I feel you near yet so far,
In times I hate, not that far…
I’ll waste you, I’ll take you, even in my dreams I like to hate you…
In the silent eyes, we are spawned,
In to a love that is born,
Give me the time that I’m owed,
In science we are reborn…
I’ll waste you, I’ll take you, even in my dreams I like to hate you…

With the exception of a few songs, Future Ghosts is quite similar to The Void in its focus on the more atmospheric side of this project. There's not much distortion, so majority of the songs can go on your more calm playlist. I love the guitar work on The Beginning though, it's such a unique song for this project, but absolutely steals the spotlight on this album. FLESH MECHANIC
Darkwave synth that directly addresses our modern dystopian political environment, with proceeds going to the Voting Rights Project. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 17, 2018
Producer couple Local Suicide's debut LP is filled with moody technodisco and contributions from Lena Platanos, Theus Mago, and more. Bandcamp New & Notable May 26, 2022
It's uncanny just how good Actors is at emulating that Post-Punk synth sound from my younger days.
Each listen just gets better and better. I feel slightly ashamed for not having heard this album until a few short days ago. modestwriggles
